CHAS Green or Eligible Singaporeans Vaccinations at Origin Family Clinic
Important: CHAS subsidies are only available for Singapore citizens who fulfil eligibility criteria such as age, gender, and vaccination history requirements, and/or have specific medical conditions/indications. Please present your ID and CHAS card at time of appointment for our staff to process the claim through the MOH Healthcare Claims Portal.
Hepatitis B (Hep B) (Adult)
Recommended 3 doses
Who it is for:
Adults (18+ y.o.) who have not been previously vaccinated should receive three doses in accordance with Singapore National Adult Immunisation Schedule (NAIS)

Human Papillomavirus (HPV2)
Recommended for ages 9 to 26 years old to take 3 doses
Who it is for:
This vaccine protects against the development of genital warts, cervical, vaginal, vulva and anal cancers caused by the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) in women

Influenza (INF) (trivalent or quadrivalent)
Recommended 1 doses annually/per season
Who it is for:
All adults (ages 18 and above) are recommended to take a flu vaccination yearly, especially at-risk individuals with weaker immune systems

Measles, mumps and rubella (MMR)
Recommended 2 doses
Who it is for:
Adults who have not received complete vaccination during childhood; school teachers, healthcare workers, unvaccinated women planning to become pregnant

Pneumococcal Conjugate (PCV 13)
Recommended 1 dose
Who it is for:
MOH-recommended vaccine for elderly aged 65 years old and above; adults below 65 years old with conditions such as heart disease or diabetes; people with low immunity (e.g. under cancer treatment, those with HIV)

Pneumococcal Polysaccharide (PCV 23)
Recommended 1 or 2 doses (depending on indication)
Who it is for:
MOH-recommended vaccine for elderly aged 65 years old and above; adults below 65 years old with conditions such as heart disease or diabetes; people with low immunity (e.g. under cancer treatment, those with HIV)

Tetanus, reduced diphtheria and acellular pertussis (Tdap)
Recommended 1 dose during each pregnancy

Varicella (Chickenpox) (VAR)

Who it is for:
As part of the Singapore National Adult Immunisation Schedule (NAIS), adults (18 years or older) who have not been previously vaccinated, or lack evidence of past infection or immunity should receive 2 doses (1st dose, followed by 2nd dose within four to eight weeks of the 1st dose)

What should I do if I miss a scheduled vaccination?
If you miss a scheduled vaccination, contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. We will help you catch up on any missed doses to ensure you remain protected.
I have a CHAS card. Can i get vaccinations at a subsidised rate?
Yes. If you have a CHAS card, you will get subsidised rate according to the tier of your CHAS scheme. Please contact the clinic for more information.
